Three routines
The mowteng_routines tool gives your assistant ready prompts and suggested schedules for three routines. Your assistant's own scheduled tasks run them: claude.ai, Claude Code and ChatGPT can all schedule a prompt. mowteng stores nothing; each run asks for fresh data.
- Daily to-do, weekday mornings. The daily SEO to-do list: changed pages to submit, sitemaps to resend, sitemap errors. One line when nothing is due.
- Weekly report, Mondays. This week against last week: clicks, impressions, CTR and average position; the pages that gained and lost the most clicks; pages losing clicks over 28 days; queries close to page one; sitemap, Bing crawl and Yandex health; and one thing to do first.
- Monthly report, on the 4th. Last month against the month before, pages and queries that moved most, content to refresh, opportunities including pages that compete for the same query, and three prioritized actions for the month ahead.

What the reports are built from
Each routine calls the same tools you can call yourself. The weekly report compares two periods with period comparison, lists pages from content decay and queries from striking distance, and checks health with the weekly view of the to-do list. The monthly report adds keyword cannibalization, your sitemaps and, when Bing is connected, a Google vs Bing comparison. Bing and Yandex lines appear only when those sources are connected.
Search Console data lags two to three days, so the weekly report ends a few days before the run, and the monthly report runs on the 4th for the same reason. Changes on pages with fewer than 10 clicks are called noise rather than quoted as percentages.
Read only, by design
Routines run when you are not watching, so they never submit URLs, sitemaps or properties. When something should be sent, the report says so and you reply in that conversation to send it. If your subscription ends or a source needs reconnecting, the report says that in one line and stops.

Choose your own words
Routines are written in the language you ask for, and you can add what to include or skip: a section you do not need, a page group to watch, a shorter report. The prompt is plain text, so you can read it before it is scheduled and change it later in your assistant's scheduled tasks. For questions to ask by hand, see the reporting prompts.
